The Children's Leukaemia & Cancer Research Foundation is Constantly working to find Cures for Children's Cancer. We feel that this is an important Charity to Support as they aim to Protect, Save & Improve the Lives of Our Most Precious Treasure - OUR CHILDREN!
Mercy Ministries is a Fabulous Organisation that provides a Live in Program for Young Women aged 16 to 28 years of age, to Recover from Trauma in their Lives (be it an Eating Disorder, Unplanned Pregnancy, Abuse or any other affliction). This is an Extremely Worthwhile Organisation to Support.
The Wilderness Society (as the name suggests), aims to Preserve our Wilderness & Wildlife. We consider this to be a Priority!
Oxfam is supported as even though Australians do not directly benefit from the organisation, it is still a Wonderful Cause to Support as it Raises Funds for Third World Countries through the Valuable & Beautiful Crafts created by the citizens of Third World Countries.
Greenpeace Australia is Supported as like the Wilderness Society, they aim to Preserve & Protect our Wilderness, Wildlife & Oceans, thus creating a Beautiful World for our Future - Our Children!
The RSPCA is a Great Cause to Support as it Protects those who cannot protect themselves - ANIMALS. Without the Care of the RSPCA, many Abused & Neglected Animals that would have otherwise died, have been saved and found Good Homes! The RSPCA also helps us to be more Responsible & Informed Pet Owners.
World Vision, like Oxfam, aims to improve the lives of those in Third World Countries. We believe it is important to help those less fortunate than ourselves. For less than a couple of dollars a day, we can feed an entire Village - It makes you feel Great to know that your efforts have helped a Village sleep with a Full Belly of Nourishing Food & Clean Water.
There are few, we would imagine, who have not heard of LifeLine. LifeLine does so much good work, yet for some reason are not supported financially by our Governments. Considering the fact that LifeLife is responsible for Saving so many lives, we believe it is an Important cause to Support. LifeLine Counselling Phonelines are run by Trained Volunteers and Funding comes by Donations Only - so sometimes - there is a fear of how they are going to pay the phone bill. Additionally, given that Mental Health Professionals refer their clients to the LifeLine Counselling Service Phoneline after 5.30pm, it is astonishing that the Governments don't provide Funding. Be that as it may - LIFELINE MAKES A DIFFERENCE - so we want to to.
The Smith Family helps Individuals and Families in Crisis, and on Low Incomes in Australia with Food, Clothing, Furniture, Care Packages, and Education. All Necessary - All Important - All Worthwhile.
The Salvation Army, like the Smith Family, Assist Individuals & Families in Crisis & on Low Incomes. They are also Supporters of our Wise Citizens - The Elderly! Assistance is in the form of Counselling, Food, Clothing, Shelter, Care Packages, and Education on living a better life.
The WWF Supports & Saves Animals All Over the World - Amazing!
